Ah, how much he missed his beloved city. Namimori. Where the Sun shined brightly, the trees were greener and the people were happier. He was glad to be back. After spending so long with the Varia, it was time to get an EXTREME break. And there was nothing better than seeing one of his oldest friends.
“Onii-chan!” He suddenly heard a familiar voice. It was exactly who he thought it was. His beloved little sister, Kyoko. She ran to him with tears in her eyes. “Onii-chan! I missed you so much! I’m glad that you’re back!”
They hugged each other tightly and he smiled at her.
“KYOKO! I extremely missed you too! Let’s have a party when I get home!” He punched the air and she giggled. “By the way….” he continued “Do you happen to know where is Hibari?”
“Ah! He is on the Namimori shrine, but I don’t think you should bother him right now. He doesn’t like too much noise, you know.” She replied, lowering her voice.
“Don’t worry, don’t worry!” He waved his hands dismissively. “I know how to approach him to the extreme!”
He actually did not, since he always ended up being threatened to death, but he could dream.
“Okay then, onii-chan! I’ll get going then.” Kyoko smiled at him and waved, before walking away happily.
Ryohei waved back and then proceeded to walk towards the Namimori shrine. Seeing Hibari really seemed like a good idea.
Hibari was calmly meditating at his favorite place, the Namimori shrine. It was quiet and almost no one would be around. He wouldn’t be disturbed by any herbivore, because even if one of them saw him, they would immediately retreat. They knew what they were getting themselves into. He took a deep breath and smirked to himself. Wao, it was a good day.
But it suddenly got bad, as he felt a presence approaching. A very offensive presence. Instinctively he grabbed his tonfas to attack whoever it was.
“Go away or I’ll bite you to death.”
Poor Ryohei was welcomed to a tonfa to the face. He really didn’t expect it.
“HIBARIIIIII! IS THAT HOW YOU WELCOME AN OLD FRIEND??? IM ANGRY TO THE EXTREME!!!!”
“Be quiet, herbivore. I won’t warn you twice.”
He was serious, but not as serious as he would usually be. He hasn’t seen this herbivore for ages, after all. He wasn’t bad, as long as he kept his mouth shut. And Hibari had the perfect way to solve this problem.
“YOU DON’T HAVE CONSI—“
Ryohei was then interrupted by a pair of lips on his. His eyes went wide, but after he got over the shock, he could reciprocate the kiss. When they parted, Ryohei’s cheeks were just slightly flushed.
“Wao….maybe the fact that you returned wasn’t so bad after all.”
The other man couldn’t agree more.
